Highlights of afternoon tea at The Langham include Fraser Coast Spanner Crab Salad with Bowen mango, shrimp caviar and gougeres, and the Free Range Duck Egg Brioche Roll with whole grain mustard, cress and Australian black truffle. Sweet tooths will revel in the deliciousness of Vanilla Moelleux topped with mandarin compote and of course, an obligatory serving of Scones, served with white “velvet” cream, lemon curd and strawberry rhubarb preserves.
