Cancellation policy

This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel subscription and pre-order purchases made through our store.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency and product selections you choose at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us to store your payment details securely and charge your chosen payment method for each recurring order.

Subscription Flexibility

We want your subscription to work for you. You can:

  • Pause or skip upcoming orders
  • Edit your next delivery date
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Swap items within your subscription
  • Update your shipping or billing details

These changes can be made at any time before your next order processes.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

Subscription Cancellation Terms

To maintain the integrity of our subscription pricing and benefits, subscriptions may be cancelled after your first two (2) subscription orders have been completed.

After these two orders, you may cancel at any time with no penalty.

To cancel, pause, modify or update your subscription:

  • Log into your account and navigate to “Manage Subscriptions”, or
  • Email us at support@tavalon.com.au and our support team will assist you.

Please note: Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return according to our Returns Policy.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate dispatch.

For pre-orders, we may:

  • Collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full payment at checkout; and/or
  • Store your payment method securely and charge the full or remaining balance at a later date once the product is ready to ship.

By placing a pre-order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the above.

Estimated Shipping Dates for Pre-Orders

Any dates shown on product pages, order confirmations, or communications are estimated shipping dates only.

These dates are not guaranteed and may change due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Production timelines
  • Supplier or manufacturer delays
  • Quality control processes
  • Customs clearance or freight delays
  • Weather events or force majeure circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to keep estimated timelines accurate and will notify you of any significant changes where possible.

Fulfilment & Delays

Pre-orders are fulfilled once the product becomes available and ready for dispatch.
If a pre-order is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide an updated estimated shipping date, or
  • Offer a refund at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

  • You may cancel a partially or fully paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Changes & Allocation of Pre-Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit pre-order quantities
  • Allocate inventory on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Cancel pre-orders in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued
