Refund policy

Tavalon products shall be delivered without defects. If your product from Tavalon is defective, we will be happy to replace it for free. Please get in touch with us within 15 days of delivery (within 30 days of delivery for orders from New Zealand and outside Australia).

RETURN POLICY

We would like you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we offer a 15 days (30 days for orders from New Zealand and outside Australia) return window! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any opened/used items.

For returns unrelated to product defects, such as a change of mind, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please email support@tavalon.com.au or call 1300 892 703 within 15 days (30 days for orders from New Zealand and outside Australia) of your products arriving so we can resolve any problems you might have with our products.

You will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping in the original form of payment. We recommend that you return your products using prepaid registered post and insure all items, as you assume all associated risks whilst the items are in transit. If you decide not to get insurance, Tavalon Australia Pty Ltd will not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.

It is important you include your original order number; otherwise, we won’t be able to identify you and you may be refused service, which means we will not be able to issue you a refund.

If you ordered an incorrect item please, contact us and we will be able to organise a suitable solution.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that clearance items are excluded from our return and exchange policy. All sales on these items are final.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping in the original form of payment.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged to cover merchant processing fees and restocking costs. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in the original form of payment and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
